Billing questions

Before you commit

Is there a setup fee?

No. The monthly price is the whole price. Designing your card, printing artwork for your QR poster and getting your staff started are all included.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction, and it takes effect on your next invoice. Nothing is lost when you move — your cards, customers and history stay exactly as they are.

What if I go over my monthly card limit?

We contact you rather than cutting you off mid-service. Going over usually means the programme is working, and we would rather talk about the right plan than surprise you with a bill.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or card, monthly or annually. Annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten. We invoice in Pakistani Rupees.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in. Cancel at the end of any month and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Export your customer data on the way out.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Get in touch and we will set up a trial with your own branding on a real wallet pass, so you can see it on your own phone before you decide.
